1 cebolla grande en rodajas finas<\/p>\n
3 cucharadas de Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen<\/p>\n
2 cucharadas de bals\u00e1mico blanco de granada membrillo, durazno, toronja o ar\u00e1ndano pera<\/p>\n
Pimienta<\/p>\n
Sal de ajo<\/p>\n
Albahaca \u00a0o romero fresco<\/p>\n
Instrucciones<\/p>\n
Cortar en rodajas delgadas los jitomates y la cebolla, colocar en un platon grande espolvorear la sal de ajo, la pimienta y el romero o albahaca.<\/p>\n
Mezclar en un recipiente con tapa el Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen y el bals\u00e1mico blanco de su elecci\u00f3n, verter sobre los jitomates.<\/p>\n
