Cocine a fuego lento y cocine hasta que el bals\u00e1mico se reduzca a la mitad.<\/span><\/p>\n
A\u00f1adir la crema de leche, y revuelva para mezclar.<\/span><\/p>\n
Cocine hasta que la mezcla espese ligeramente, aproximadamente un minuto.<\/span><\/p>\n
Sazone con sal y pimienta al gusto y reservar.<\/span><\/p>\n
Ligeramente marcar la piel del salm\u00f3n en varios lugares con un cuchillo afilado sin penetrar en la carne.<\/span><\/p>\n
Sazonar los filetes frescos con sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n
En una olla lo suficientemente grande para contener los filetes, caliente 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen a fuego medio alto.<\/span><\/p>\n
Poner a dorar los filetes, durante unos dos minutos por cada lado, teniendo cuidado de no quemar.<\/span><\/p>\n
Servir el salm\u00f3n con la salsa de bals\u00e1mico-setas por encima. Puede ser acompa\u00f1ado de pasta, quinoa o arroz integral.<\/span><\/p>\n
